These are durable and dimensionally stable vinyl films, with a positionable, pressure activated adhesive (160-30 and 160-32 gray adhesive; 160-60 clear adhesive), on a 94# white polyethylene-coated paper. These films may be screen printed for multi-color emblems, labels, graphics striping and p.o.p. displays. 160-60 is ideal for backlit applications. Excellent for interior and exterior signs or graphics.

Outdoor Durability 5 years for 160-30 and 160-32, 4 years for 160-60 - when properly processed and applied (vertical exposure, unprinted film)

Minimum Surface/Ambient Air Application Temperature 40º F - 100º F. (4º C - 38º C)

Service Temperature Range -30º F. to +200º F. (-34º C. to +93º C.) - Reasonable range of temperatures, which would be expected under normal environmental time and temperature conditions

Typical Film Caliper (w/Adhesive) 0.11 to 0.13 mm

Chemical Resistance Resists mild acids, mild alkalis, and salts

Water resistance Excellent resistance to water
