These pigmented cast polyvinyl chloride films have five (5) YEAR OUTDOOR DURABILITY. These flexible vinyl films are specially suited for use in applications involving backlit signage because of its unique adhesive and consistent color under both transmitted and reflected lighting. 200 Series can be used on a wide variety of flexible sign and awning materials.

Face Film 2.3 mil (58 microns) premium, cast vinyl films

Adhesive Release S-569 permanent clear, acrylic pressure-sensitive

Release Liner 78# (White) Bleached Kraft

Outdoor Durability 7 years when properly processed and applied (Vertical exposure, unprinted film).

Shelf Life One year when stored at room temperatures and humidity conditions, 73ºF. (23ºC) and 50±5% R. H.

Typical Converting Methods • Computer Sign Cutting • Thermal Die-Cutting* • Guillotine Cutting • Steel Rule Die-Cutting * 290ºF. to 300ºF. (143ºC to 149ºC) for 0.5 to 1.0 sec. Cutting temperatures and dwell times will vary with differences in die configuration and individual machines. Always test prior to production.

Additional Information Outdoor durability may be reduced by extreme exposure.
